Tampoco deben consumir el gluten que se encuentra en el germen del trigo y los productos de harina integral. Lo \u00fanico que lograr\u00e1n es subir de peso.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Si estas personas buscan bajar esos kilitos de m\u00e1s, deben evitar el consumo de granos, panes, legumbres y porotos. La clave para perder grasa corporal est\u00e1 en inclinarse por consumir carnes magras, aves y pescados y mariscos, acompa\u00f1ados siempre de verduras.
