En una encuesta pudimos comprobar que casi el 90 % de las mujeres utiliza este elemento en sus bebidas.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><img class=\" size-full wp-image-248\" src=\"http:\/\/209.133.219.102\/~newunicas\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/08\/alimentacion-sana-3.jpg\" width=\"600\" style=\"display: block; margin-left: auto; margin-right: auto;\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.unicas.pe\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/08\/alimentacion-sana-3.jpg 650w, https:\/\/www.unicas.pe\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/08\/alimentacion-sana-3-300x185.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.unicas.pe\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/08\/alimentacion-sana-3-648x400.jpg 648w, https:\/\/www.unicas.pe\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/08\/alimentacion-sana-3-356x220.jpg 356w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 650px) 100vw, 650px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Si bien todas afirmaron que consum\u00edan jugos de frutas m\u00e1s de una vez por semana, como es lo recomendado, confesaron que endulzaban sus bebidas con az\u00facar. La mayor\u00eda tambi\u00e9n neg\u00f3 haber usado alguna vez alg\u00fan edulcorante.<\/p>\n<p>Es m\u00e1s s\u00f3lo una coment\u00f3 que en sus jugos utilizada elementos como la algarrobina o miel para endulzarlos, porque estaba consciente del da\u00f1o que produc\u00eda.
