Te ense\u00f1amos a preparar sushi. Esta comida japonesa es muy rica y saludable. Un delicioso \u00a0maki especial de salm\u00f3n. Pero antes de empezar, apunta los ingredientes que necesitas y algunas recomendaciones.<\/p>\n<h2>Ingredientes:<\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li>Aguacate<\/li>\n<li>Langostinos<\/li>\n<li>Queso crema<\/li>\n<li>Salm\u00f3n<\/li>\n<li>Arroz<\/li>\n<li>Vinagre de arroz<\/li>\n<li>Alga nori<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Para preparar el arroz especial para sushi, primero debemos lavarlo con un poco de agua y removerlo para sacar el almid\u00f3n. Luego lava \u00a0tres o cuatro veces el arroz sin removerlo.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Una vez cocido, a\u00f1ade sal az\u00facar y 150 ml de vinagre por cada kg de arroz seco. Luego esparcimos el arroz sobre el alga haciendo una capa de medio cent\u00edmetro de espesor ya que este arroz es el que quedar\u00e1 por fuera del maki. Lo adecuado es que esparcimos el arroz sobre la capa m\u00e1s rugosa del alga, para que agarre mejor. No debes pasarte de las cantidades, ya que no podr\u00e1s enrollar despu\u00e9s el alga. Empieza de abajo hacia arriba, dejando los ingredientes en la parte de dentro y sin quitar el papel film hasta el final.
