Y una de las zonas que m\u00e1s gustan lucir las mujeres son los gl\u00fateos. Si consideras que necesitas trabajar esa zona y deseas resultados r\u00e1pidos, Unicas.pe te presenta una serie de ejercicios que te ayudar\u00e1 a tonificar los gl\u00fateos.<\/p>\n<h2>Plan de ejercicios<\/h2>\n<p>El plan es sencillo, puedes tener unos gl\u00fateos perfectos utilizando unos cuantos minutos del d\u00eda haciendo unas simples sentadillas. El primer d\u00eda realizar\u00e1s 50 sentadillas luego aumentar\u00e1s cada d\u00eda de 5 en 5.
