Si usas la primera debes ponerla en una taza con dos cucharaditas de harina, agregar un poco de agua tibia, revolver y reposar por 5 minutos.<\/span><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\" style=\"line-height: 1.38; margin-top: 0pt; margin-bottom: 0pt; text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"line-height: 16.7807998657227px;\">Agua tibia, aproximadamente a 30\u00b0C.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\" style=\"line-height: 1.38; margin-top: 0pt; margin-bottom: 0pt; text-align: justify;\">\u00a0<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\" style=\"line-height: 1.38; margin-top: 0pt; margin-bottom: 0pt; text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"line-height: 16.7807998657227px;\">En esta receta no se amasa el pan pues tiene un tiempo largo de fermentaci\u00f3n y la levadura y el paso del tiempo lo hacen por s\u00ed mismos. Recuerda adem\u00e1s que este pan dura mucho y no lleva conservantes ni otros qu\u00edmicos, no se pone rancio y tarda mucho en ponerse duro. Por otro lado, ten en cuenta que no debes comerlo reci\u00e9n salido del horno pues no es muy digerible, hay que dejarlo reposar y enfriar.
