Esto es por su alto contenido de \u00e1cidos grasos Omega3 del tipo DHA.<\/p>\n<p>Incluir en tu dieta Omega3, reduce la inflamaci\u00f3n de tejidos producidos por la fatiga muscular y el exceso de ejercicio. Esto facilita una recuperaci\u00f3n m\u00e1s r\u00e1pida.<\/p>\n<p>De igual manera, los \u00e1cidos grasos mejoran el aporte de ox\u00edgeno y nutrientes a los m\u00fasculos y otros tejidos.
