Seg\u00fan estas ideas, las personas se dividen en organismos yin (los de intensa actividad mental, muy creativas, idealistas) y los yang (personas m\u00e1s pragm\u00e1ticas y de acci\u00f3n). La alimentaci\u00f3n para cada uno debe armonizar el cuerpo y la mente para no caer en los extremos.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>En los d\u00edas en que te sientas muy yin, lo mejor es comer alimentos que tiendan al yang como el pescado, los cereales integrales o las leguminosas.
